Guides answer focused how-to questions for operators and administrators. They should stay practical and scoped to one job instead of becoming broad product tours.
Available Guides
Section titled “Available Guides”- Install an endpoint agent: create an install code, send the
getpharaoh.comdownload link, complete endpoint-local enrollment, and verify the new computer. Screenshot proof includes the endpoint-local install-code entry screen. - Complete organization onboarding: finish required profile and billing setup, then choose which optional setup steps to complete or skip
- Set up billing: complete no-free-tier organization billing setup, choose BYO or managed usage, set a spend limit, and finish payment setup
- Use your own Anthropic API key: create an Anthropic key, add it to Pharaoh, and handle the key safely
- Manage billing issues: recover from payment, spend-limit, provider credential, subscription, and unknown billing states
- Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment: inspect recent install codes, local enrollment states, inventory freshness, and next actions when a computer does not connect
- Respond to stale or offline endpoints: use endpoint list, details, diagnostics, Sentinel context, and session freshness to decide what to do next
- Review self-healing escalations: inspect self-healing escalation records, approve acceptable requests, or reject with a reason
